Damage Claims

Please note that ALL shipments are sent out insured. All items are checked for damage prior to shipping, if an item is damaged in transit to you, you need to keep all packing materials until informed by us otherwise. You also need to be advised we can not issue you a refund until such time as the insurance claim has been approved.
